Objective : Hereditary spastic paraplegia, is an heterogenous group of genetical, neurodegenerative, rare pathologies. To date, there are only symptomatic treatments because the physiopathology is rich and complex, and because there is a huge variability of symptoms from one to another patient. Intrathecal baclofen infusion is a treatment targeting muscle spasticity. Few studies focused on gait improvement and fewer described patients' satisfaction. The aim of this study was to evaluate patients' satisfaction.
