Intérêt d’une réunion de concertation pluridisciplinaire sur l’évolution des douleurs et des limitations d’activité à deux ans après chirurgie dans les pathologies lombaires communes : étude cas-témoins.

Objective : Non specific low back pain is widespread. Surgery is a treatment which can be successful and Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS) is a challenge.
The main objective of our study was to assess the impact of a MultidisciplinaryTeam  Meeting (MTM) on radicular and lumbar pain (NRS) at 2 years after lumbar surgery.
The secondary goals were to scale activity limitations (ODI) and quality of life (SF-12).
